Logistics Property Company executed two new leases within three weeks in the company’s Southeast Region. This included a 106,000-square-foot lease in Northeast Atlanta at Gainesville 85 Business Center and a 95,000-square-foot lease at Duncan 85 Business Center in the Greenville-Spartanburg market.

Logistics Property Company closed on five development sites to date this year, investing $200 million of committed equity into six markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, and Washington D.C..

Logistics Property Company has closed on a 22.5-acre site in Beltsville, Maryland. Located adjacent to MD-200 with immediate access to I-95, the site offers quick access to the Washington D.C. line, the Port of Baltimore, and Baltimore/Washington International Airport.

Logistics Property Company has leased 1,200,000 square feet of warehouse space at Box Park Logistics Center in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.

Logistics Property Company has leased 289,462 square feet of warehouse space at Palm Gateway Logistics Center, Building 4 in Mesa, Arizona.

Logistics Property Company has signed three leases totaling 373,000 square feet of newly built industrial space to manufacturing and assembly tenants at Covington Commerce Center in Covington, Georgia.
