
Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, with nearly 28 million square feet of developments in 14 markets across the United States, has named Julio Lewis as Executive Vice President, Head of Asset Management.
Lewis will be based out of the company’s Chicago headquarters, where he will lead LogiPropCo’s in-house Asset Management team. He will also partner with the broader Logistics Property Company team and the company’s global institutional investors to maximize the value of the rapidly growing portfolio.

Julio brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate to the role. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the execution of 50+ million square feet of leasing, disposition and operational oversight of industrial and commercial assets. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management for a 70+ million-square-foot industrial portfolio. While there, he oversaw the leasing process, property management, and portfolio performance. He also held previous roles in both asset and transaction management with several real estate development, investment, and service companies.

Lewis holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University.
