Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, with more than 27 million square feet of logistics facilities across the U.S, has signed two full-building leases totaling 1,032,079 square feet at Olive Logistics Center in Glendale, Arizona, with a third-party logistics provider. With this lease signing, the park, completed in 2025, is fully leased.

Located at 17210 and 17240 West Olive Avenue, Olive Logistics Center is comprised of two Class-A warehouses with 40-foot clear heights, and significant car and trailer parking. Registered LEED Gold, the park features a 407-kW solar carport system, with an estimated on-site renewable production of 707,000 kWh annually. The system is expected to offset annual electrical load by up to thirty percent, depending on usage.

Logistics Property Company’s Mountain Region team was supported by Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Markham, Phil Haenel, and Mike Haenel in the leasing of the park. The tenant was represented by Jim Wilson, also of Cushman & Wakefield.

Securing a single tenant for over 1 million square feet across two buildings is a testament to the continued strength and demand for large-scale logistics and distribution facilities in this region,” said Markham. “With very few remaining options of this size, the transaction underscores the scarcity of available inventory and highlights the strategic importance of these properties for tenants seeking expansive, modern space.”

Logistics Property Company’s other project in the Phoenix market, Palm Gateway Logistics Center, has 292,000 square feet remaining available for lease.
