
Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has closed on a 109-acre site at 701 West Rock Island Road in Grand Prairie, TX. Located at the four-way intersection of President George Bush Turnpike and Shady Grove Road, the site is ten minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Construction on the two-phase, five-building, 1,450,000-square-foot project is expected to commence in the second quarter of this year. When complete, Bear Creek Logistics Park Phase I will total 534,378 square feet across two buildings featuring 36’ – 40’ clear heights and significant auto and trailer parking. The park’s location, just south of the airport, places it directly between Dallas and Fort Worth, offering quick access to the metropolitan area’s growing population of more than 8 million residents.
Logistics Property Company’s Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President – Central Region, and Wilson Goode, Senior Vice President – South Region, sourced the land for development. Steve Koldyke, Brian Gilchrist, and Kacy Jones of CBRE will serve as the project’s leasing representatives.

Bear Creek Logistics Park is expected to deliver in early 2028.
