Drew Zaborowski
Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager in North America, announces the addition of Drew Zaborowski as Senior Vice President, Northwest Market Leader.
Based in Seattle, WA, Drew will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities in the region and managing the development process from start to finish. He will also manage LPC’s existing Northwest portfolio of over 3 million square feet of Class A logistics facilities in addition to land currently held for development.

Drew brings more than twelve years of experience in the region to Logistics Property Company. Most recently, Drew spent ten years with Avenue 55, a private industrial developer, managing all aspects of development on projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Nevada submarkets. During his time there, he developed ±3 million square feet of ground up and value add industrial projects.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University. He is actively involved in the Seattle NAIOP chapter and serves as a NAIOP Washington board member.
