As Senior Vice President and Market Leader for the Northwest Region, Drew is responsible for new development opportunities and all aspects of the development process including underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing in the Northwest.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Drew spent 10 years with Avenue 55, managing industrial development in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Nevada Submarkets. He also worked for Wilcox Construction as a Project Engineer, managing commercial projects in the Seattle Region.
