Two-building development in Austin, Texas to deliver in Q2 2025

Logistics Property Company, LLC, a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, held a groundbreaking event to celebrate the start of its first development in Austin, Texas. The event included speakers from Logistics Property Company, Opportunity Austin, FCL Builders and AQUILA Commercial.

The two-building, 400,000 SF development is a strategically positioned infill site in Northeast Austin, the city’s premier institutional submarket. Located approximately one mile from TX-130 and less than 20 minutes from downtown, 12821 Titanium Street provides ease of distribution throughout Austin, Central Texas, and beyond, with proximity to Highway 290 and I-35.

Building 1 will be a nearly 175,000 square feet rear-load warehouse and Building 2 will be a 233,000 square-foot cross-dock warehouse, allowing maximum flexibility for end users. Upon delivery, the buildings will be ready for occupancy with power, lighting, and spec offices in place.
