Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo) has signed a full-building lease totaling 1,004,000 square feet at 114 Logistics Park in Justin, Texas, with a packaging company. To date, LogiPropCo has developed approximately six million square feet in Texas’ Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets, with another 534,000-square-foot development underway in Grand Prairie.

Located at 13410 Highway 114, the building features a 40-foot clear height, and significant car and trailer parking with room to expand. The location offers logistical advantages to users operating in the Dallas market. Directly along TX-114, it is six miles to I-35 West and seven miles to the BNSF Alliance Intermodal. The site also has proximity to Fort Worth Alliance Airport and is 24 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Logistics Property Company’s Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President – Central Region, was supported by KBC Advisors’ Nathan Lawrence and Krista Raymond in the leasing of the building.

“We are pleased to have another building fully leased in the Dallas market as we look for opportunities to continue to grow our portfolio in Texas,” said Martell.

The company closed on land for its newest Texas development, Bear Creek Logistics Park, earlier this year, with work underway on the first phase of development. Phase 1 will include two buildings, with 144,000 square feet at Building A and 390,000 square feet at Building B. Both buildings are expected to deliver in early 2028.
