Logistics Property Company, LLC, (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has broken ground on Eagle 25 Logistics Center, a three-building logistics park totaling more than 600,000 square feet. The park includes a build-to-suit opportunity as well as adjacent land for future development.

This project marks Logistics Property Company’s entry into the Denver market with a strategically positioned site near the intersection of I-25 and E-470, offering quick access to the Denver metro area. The three buildings offer flexible site plans, with building depths ranging from 180 feet to 240 feet, and 28-foot to 32-foot clear heights. Building 1 will total nearly 175,000 square feet, Building 2 will be 230,000 square feet, and Building 3 will be 202,000 square feet. All three buildings will be designed and constructed to LEED standards and will include up to 6,000 Amps of power.

“We’re excited to announce our first project in Denver,” said Brad Cushard, Senior Vice President of LogiPropCo’s Mountain Region. “This is a great location for tenants operating in the Denver metro area, and new look forward to getting the park built and leased.”

Developed by Logistics Property Company, the project’s general contractor is Alcorn Construction, a Colorado based firm. “We’re proud to continue our strong partnership with Logistics Property Company as we support its first project in the Colorado market,” said Derek Simpson, President & CEO of Alcorn Construction. “Alcorn is thrilled to build on our past successful collaboration, and to help bring the Eagle 25 Logistics Center to life.”

The project’s leasing representatives are T.J. Smith and Nick Rice of Colliers. Eagle 25 Logistics Center is expected to deliver in Q2 2027.
