The four-building development is the firm’s first in the Phoenix market
Logistics Property Company, LLC, a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has completed construction on Palm Gateway Logistics Center, the company’s first development in the Phoenix Market. The park, which includes four buildings ranging from 93,000 to 290,000 square feet, adds 615,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space to the market.
“We are excited to announce the completion of construction at Palm Gateway, cementing Logistics Property Company’s expansion into Arizona,” said Brad Cushard, Senior Vice President of the firm’s Mountain Region. “We believe in the strength of this market, and have a second development, Olive Logistics Center, in Glendale, AZ underway.”
Palm Gateway Logistics Center is pre-registered for LEED certification and is strategically located in the most dynamic submarket within the East Valley, with proximity to State Route 202 and Interstate 10, near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The location places the development in the Pecos Road Employment Opportunity Zone (PREOZ) district, with abundant skilled labor in the immediate area.
Alcorn Construction served as the general contractor for this project, with Ware Malcomb as the architect and SWS Engineering as the civil engineer. Lee & Associates’ Ken McQueen, Chris McClurg, Blake Peters, and Jack Sims are the leasing representatives.
