The Newark, DE logistics park is now nearly seventy-five percent leased

Logistics Property Company, LLC, a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has leased 221,000 square feet of warehouse space at First State Logistics Park in Newark, Delaware. 128,000 square feet at Building F was leased to a medical technology group and a further 93,000 square feet at Building D was leased to a 3PL specializing in e-commerce fulfillment.

First State Logistics Park is a three-building development with more than one million square feet of LEED certified warehouse space in a secure, park setting. Located in the I-95 corridor between New York City and Washington, D.C., the park features access to three ports within a one-hour drive.

Mark Glagola, Senior Vice President of Logistics Property Company’s Northeast Region and Tim Shaw, Vice President of Development were supported by CBRE’s Paul Touhey and Dan Rattay in the leasing of the space.

“We’re proud to share that with these leases, two of First State Logistics Park’s three buildings are now fully leased,” said Glagola. “The park is now about seventy-five percent leased and we look forward to leasing the remaining available space.”
