Cecilia Huelva, PHR, SHRM-CP
Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), announces the appointment of Cecilia Huelva, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Cecilia will be based in LPC’s Chicago, IL headquarter office. She will be responsible for building and leading a high performing human resources organization with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent management, and employee retention.

Cecilia will partner with key decision makers to understand business objectives and develop Key Performance Indicators relating to LPC’s people strategy. In collaboration with LPC’s ESG function, she will establish a diversity, equality, and inclusion strategy. As the company continues to expand, Cecilia will improve national recruiting objectives and maintain a diverse workforce that reflects both LPC’s customers and its geographical locations.

Cecilia brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership roles with GLP US Management and other leading companies.
Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DePaul University, Chicago, IL. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
