Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has executed two leases at 94 Logistics Park in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The first lease totaled 315,367 square feet at the park’s Building 7 with a third-party logistics provider. The second totaled 159,418 square feet at Building 2 with an energy solutions company. With these two leases, the 1.8 million-square-foot park is fully leased.
LogiPropCo’s Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President, Central Region, and Ben Fish, Associate Market Leader, Midwest Region, were supported by Ned Frank, Pat Hake, and Steve Sewart of Colliers.
“We are thrilled that this park is 100% leased,” said Martell. “The Colliers team, especially Ned Frank, carried this effort to the finish line. Big thanks to him.”
“Logistics Property Company has been an outstanding partner, consistently demonstrating a willingness to think creatively and work collaboratively to attract and support tenants,” said Frank.
These new tenants join a Fortune 100 company, a packaged food company, and an event production firm, among others in the park. Located 60 miles outside of Downtown Chicago and 40 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, 94 Logistics Park offers tenants access to two full I-94 interchanges within one mile.
