Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, participated in the 2025 GRESB Development Benchmark for LPC Logistics Venture Two, LP (“Venture Two”), the company’s second develop-to-core fund. Logistics Property Company is pleased to announce that Venture Two has been ranked first in its peer group within the United States Industrial: Distribution Warehouse: Non-Refrigerated, Non-Listed / Core category, for the third consecutive year.

This ranking earned Venture Two additional recognition as Regional Sector Leader for Non-Listed / Americas / Industrial. GRESB Sector leaders represent the best performers by sector and region. With the development benchmark ranking and a score of 98, Venture Two has earned Green Star designation with a GRESB five-star rating for outstanding performance in sustainable development practices. This year’s Real Estate Assessment participation remained steady, with more than 1,000 fund managers, including 84 new members, completing assessments.

This year, LogiPropCo also participated in the GRESB Standing Investment Benchmark, which evaluates the sustainability performance of existing real estate assets, including factors such as energy efficiency, water usage, and tenant engagement. In its inaugural year, Venture Two ranked sixth among its peer group for 2025.
