Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager in North America, announces the appointment of Matt Leffler as Executive Vice President, General Counsel.

Leffler has been with Logistics Property Company for five years, serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel. He succeeds LogiPropCo’s former General Counsel, Bill Peltin, following his retirement. Peltin had served as General Counsel since the company’s founding in 2018.

Leffler is based out of the company’s Chicago headquarters. He is responsible for leading the company’s legal team in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, asset management, and financing of real estate assets. He will also manage the corporate compliance team and relationships with outside counsel.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company in October of 2020, Leffler previously served as Assistant General Counsel for a publicly traded real estate investment trust, as well as law firms Vedder Price and Axley Brynelson, LLP.

Leffler holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Finance – Real Estate.
