Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has closed on an existing property acquisition at 572 West Street, a fully leased industrial building in Boston’s established Cabot Business Park. This acquisition marks Logistics Property Company’s first investment in the Boston industrial market, expanding the company’s presence in the Northeast region, where it has developed more than five million square feet of industrial space with new developments underway in the Philadelphia and Washington D.C. markets.
Strategically located at the intersection of I-95 and I-495, 572 West Street is midway between Boston and Providence, Rhode Island, and offers efficient distribution throughout the Boston MSA.

Crawford leads property acquisitions in Logistics Property Company’s East Region, alongside his counterpart, Joel Wicks, who oversees the West Region.
This acquisition follows a series of six land parcels that Logistics Property Company acquired in the first half of 2025, which, when complete, will total nearly 2.5 million square feet of new industrial projects. Logistics Property Company’s integrated platform will continue to focus on strategically located land sites in key growth markets across the U.S., aiming to provide tenants with the lowest cost of occupancy.
