Logistics Property Company, LLC, a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, executed two new leases within three weeks in the company’s Southeast Region. This included a 106,000-square-foot lease in Northeast Atlanta at Gainesville 85 Business Center and a 95,000-square-foot lease at Duncan 85 Business Center in the Greenville-Spartanburg market.

Gainesville 85 Business Center, located in Gainesville, Georgia between I-985 and I-85 Northeast of Atlanta is comprised of two completed logistics facilities totaling 585,000 square feet. Two additional buildings are under construction that will add an additional 325,000 square feet to the park when complete. Gainesville 85 Business Center is strategically located with quick access to Georgia Port Authority’s Blue Ridge Connector Intermodal Yard, which will offer a direct link to the Port of Savannah via Norfolk Southern Railroad when it opens in 2026.

Duncan 85 Business Center, located in the Spartanburg, South Carolina West Submarket, offers highway visibility to I-85 at Highway 101 and proximity to the Inland Port of Greer.
