The four-building Mesa, Arizona park is the developer’s first in the Phoenix Market.

 

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has leased 289,462 square feet of warehouse space at Palm Gateway Logistics Center, Building 4 in Mesa, Arizona. The full building lease represents the largest lease by square footage in the Mesa submarket since 2023.

Palm Gateway Logistics Center is a four-building, 615,000-square foot development in Phoenix’s Mesa Submarket. Certified LEED Silver, the park is strategically located in proximity to State Route 202 and Interstate 10, just two miles from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

Brad Cushard, Senior Vice President of LogiPropCo’s Mountain Region, and Andrew Spiegel, Development Manager, were supported by Lee & Associates’ Ken McQueen, Chris McClurg, Blake Peters, and Jack Sims.

With this lease, Palm Gateway Logistics Center is nearly 50% occupied. The range of available building sizes and access to sufficient power were key factors in the leasing of the space.
