Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has signed three leases totaling 373,000 square feet of newly built industrial space to manufacturing and assembly tenants at Covington Commerce Center in Covington, Georgia. With these commitments, including a full building lease at Building 100, the development is eighty percent leased with 97,000 square feet of available space remaining at Building 200.

Covington Commerce Center is a two-building, LEED Certified, 470,000 square foot development in Covington’s established logistics and manufacturing market. The park is strategically located in fast growing Newton County in the I-20 East submarket of Atlanta, where there are more than 640,000 people within 25 miles and 9 million residents within 100 miles.

Sean Fitzsimmons, Senior Vice President of LogiPropCo’s Southeast Region, Shepard Stuart, Vice President – Southeast Region and Andrew Sorensen, Vice President – Construction, were supported in the development of Covington Commerce Center by NAI Brannan Goddard’s Nathan Anderson and Matt Bentley as well as the City of Covington, Newton County Economic Development and the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
