Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has closed on a 5.9-acre site at 2700 York Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. An irreplaceable location in DuPage County, the site is located just west of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, where future users will have immediate access to I-390 and the I-490 project, currently under construction.
Construction on the site is expected to commence in May. When complete, the development will be comprised of a 123,000 square foot rear-load warehouse with sixteen dock doors, two drive-in doors and 125 auto parking spaces.
Logistics Property Company’s Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President, Central Region, and Ben Fish, Vice President, Midwest Region worked with Ed Lowenbaum of Cresa on the purchase. Jacob & Hefner Associates served as the civil engineer.
“We are excited to break ground on our newest development in the O’Hare market,” said Martell. “It’s a great location that will be very attractive to users in the market.”
The 123,000 SF development is expected to deliver in Q2 2026.
