Duncan 85 Business Center, a 275,000 square foot LEED Certified warehouse, is Logistics Property Company’s first development in the Greenville / Spartanburg market. Located just off I-85, via Highway 101, the development offers easy access to the Inland Port, Spartanburg International Airport, and I-85. The company, headquartered in Chicago, IL, has 1.75M SF of industrial developments across the Atlanta and Greenville / Spartanburg markets.
