Logistics Property Company, LLC, a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager will soon break ground on 12821 Titanium Street, a two-building logistics park totaling over 400,000 square feet. This project marks Logistics Property Company’s entry into the Austin / Central Texas market with a strategically positioned infill site in Austin’s premier institutional submarket, Northeast Austin. The company, headquartered in Chicago, has offices in Dallas and Houston, where they own more than 5 million square feet of logistics facilities.

The site, strategically located with three access points on a hard corner, is approximately one mile from TX-130 and less than 20 minutes from downtown, offering access to a highly educated workforce in the immediate area. 12821 Titanium Street Building 1 will feature nearly 175,000 square feet of rear-load warehouse space and Building 2 will be a 233,000 square-foot cross-dock warehouse, providing maximum flexibility for users. With permits in place and an expected groundbreaking in Q2 2024, the development offers speed to market, delivering buildings ready for occupancy with power, lighting, and spec offices in place (Building 1: 2,500 SF, Building 2: 3,000 SF).
