Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager based in Chicago, IL, has leased 140,000 square feet of warehouse space at LPC’s LogiPark 57-80 development in Country Club Hills, IL, to Chicagoland Quad Cities Express, Inc., a local warehousing and trucking company.

LogiPark 57-80, comprised of 1.2 million square feet across three buildings, is now fully leased. Other tenants include a household cleaning supply manufacturer, a global leader in storage and information management services, and a Fortune 100 e-commerce retailer.

Aaron Martell, Executive Vice President of LPC’s Central Region and Ben Fish, Vice President of the Midwest Region were supported by Transwestern’s Irv Gilner in leasing the space.

“We’re pleased to announce that our LogiPark 57-80 development is fully leased,” said Fish. “With the success of this and other developments in the market, we continue to look to strategically expand our footprint in the Chicago area.”

Chicagoland Quad Cities Express will consolidate two of their locations into the new space, which offers immediate access to I-57 and I-80 and sits just 5 miles from Canadian National’s (CN) Chicago Intermodal Terminal, and 25 miles from downtown Chicago.

“We’re very happy for the opportunity to work on this project with LPC from land acquisition to fully leased,” said Gilner. “We really appreciate having a client like LPC with the vision and resources to bring this development to fruition and bring great businesses to Country Club Hills.”

George Cibula and Luke Ferzacca with DarwinPW Realty | CORFAC International represented the tenant.
