Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager in North America, announces the addition of Dave Kross as Senior Vice President, Project Management for LPC’s Mountain Region.
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Dave represents LPC’s expansion into the Arizona market, where he will be responsible for all aspects of project management, pre-construction, design, and construction activities for new developments, including Palm Gateway Logistics Center, a four-building logistics park in Mesa, AZ, set to deliver this year.

Dave brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development including land acquisition, navigating entitlements, strategizing development, constructing projects, and working through dispositions. He has worked on development projects in markets across the country including: Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Miami, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Seattle, and Southern California. He joins LPC from Cypress West Partners, where he served as Director, managing new developments.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Purdue University. He also has an Arizona Contractor’s License (B-1) and an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License. Dave is a member of NAIOP’s Arizona chapter member and serves on the Board of Directors of Real Estate Investor Advisory Council, Southwest (REIAC SW), for which he is a former President.
