Each Logistics Property Company Office Donated to Local Chapters
Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, recently celebrated the company’s 5th anniversary with a reception to benefit Make-A-Wish®.
This year, donors had the opportunity to designate their contributions to local Make-A-Wish chapters in areas where Logistics Property Company’s eight offices are located: Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, and Seattle. “As Logistics Property Company continues to grow, we are committed to giving back to the communities our employees call home,” shared by Jim Martell, LPC’s Chief Executive Officer.
Make-A-Wish Georgia received a $10,000 donation from Logistics Property Company to provide wish experiences for children facing critical illnesses. “We are excited to give back to our local community and look forward to continuing that effort for years to come,” said Jay Mitchell, Senior Vice President of LPC’s East Region.
LPC has celebrated each anniversary by bringing all employees together, along with national lenders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and partners, raising money to benefit Make-A-Wish®. To date, LPC and their partners have raised nearly $1 million dollars for Make-A-Wish wish kids, granting 100 wishes.
“We are on the brink of granting more wishes for Georgia kids annually than we ever have in the history of our Chapter”, stated Make-A-Wish Georgia CEO, Tim Earley. “This does not happen without the caring and generous support of partners like Logistics Property Company. We are so grateful to Logistics Property Company for understanding the importance of a wish to a critically ill child and thankful to have them as a part of our local community.”
