Annual fundraiser raises $250,000 to grant wishes to children with critical illnesses

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing, modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager, celebrated the company’s 4th Anniversary Reception benefiting Make-A-Wish Illinois.
LPC extends sincere gratitude to all donors whose contributions helped the company meet its fundraising goal of $250,000 supporting life-changing wish experiences for Illinois children facing critical illnesses.
Founded in 2018, LPC has commemorated its anniversaries for the past four years by raising a total of more than $500,000 for Make-A-Wish Illinois. The company’s fourth anniversary and annual benefit celebration, hosted by Jim Martell, LPC’s Chief Executive Officer, was attended by 190 of the company’s closest friends, colleagues, partners, and associates and held at TAO Chicago. Guests heard first-hand from a wish recipient the powerful impact of a wish experience in helping a child cope with and overcome their condition.
Mr. Martell, stated, “We are overjoyed to have raised much-needed funds to benefit children with critical illnesses, thanks to the generosity of our employees, partners, and associates. We plan to continue giving back to our communities and partner with organizations that help to restore hope for children and their families.”
