Bolsters Georgia presence with a new Class-A logistics building

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor and manager in North America, has commenced construction on Covington Commerce Center, a new Class-A, 210,645-square-foot, modern logistics facility is located at 14128 Lake Forest Ct NE, Covington, GA.
The 21.88-acre site is located within the I-20 East submarket of Atlanta. The site is well positioned in the I-20 East corridor and has excellent interstate access.
“Site development is underway, and the building delivery is scheduled for early 2023. The building is designed to accommodate a single tenant or up to four in a multi-tenant configuration. LPC anticipates that the development will be well received due to excellent access, a dynamic local workforce, and the City of Covington pro-business environment.” stated Jay Mitchell, Senior Vice President – East Region at LPC.
This building will also seek LEED® for Building Design & Construction Core & Shell certification. It will feature 127 parking spaces and 42 trailer stalls.
Nathan Anderson and Andrew Webb of NAI Brannen Goddard will represent LPC in leasing the project. Reeves Young is the selected general contractor.
