Vince services as Senior Vice President, Senior Project Management for the Midwest Region where he is responsible for all aspects of project management during pre-development and development.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Vince worked as a Project Manager for Meridian Design Build where he was responsible for overseeing the design and construction process and coordinating the day-to-day construction activities. Vince’s specific responsibilities included client relations, estimating, pre-construction management, design coordination, permitting, project scheduling, project cost and budget management, and subcontractor management.
