Tyler serves as Vice President of Investments at Logistics Property Company, he is responsible for analyzing capital market trends, developing strategic initiatives, identifying cross-selling opportunities, drive business development, building and maintaining relationships.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Tyler worked as Director of Investments at Lions Living, here he built and maintained pro forma models in multi-family development, value-add acquisition, tracked property performance, cash flow and distribution forecasts. In his role as Senior Investment Analyst at PGIM Real Estate Finance, Tyler supported sourcing, underwriting, and closing of more than $1.5 billion of debt transactions across multiple capital sources and property types.
