Trent serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Logistics Property Company. He is responsible for managing property operations for the assets in the Midwest region as well as managing venture reporting and assisting in investment management.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Trent worked for Link Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s industrial operating platform. While there, he was responsible for providing strategic analysis for a portfolio of over 400 million square feet, along with the communication and reporting to Blackstone’s Asset Management team.

Trent also worked at GLP US Management where he was responsible for fund management and financial analysis of a 184 million square foot industrial portfolio.
