As Vice President, Acquisitions & Development at Logistics Property Company,  Paul is responsible for responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and execution for both existing building acquisitions and new ground-up developments.

Before joining Logistics Property Company, Paul worked at Newmark on the investment sales team based in Washington, DC. He has also worked at Bank of America where he was on the commercial real estate banking group covering the Mid-Atlantic Region.
