Michael serves as Senior Vice President, Project Management, for Logistics Property Company’s West Region. He brings more than 37 years of experience with commercial, residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use product types to the firm.

Prior to joining the team, he was Senior Vice President, Development and Construction Services at American Realty Advisors (ARA Capital) where he was responsible for providing national oversight of the firm’s development, construction, and capital renovation projects. Previously, he also served as Vice President Real Estate and Development with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and as a Senior Manager with the Turner Construction Company.
