Matt serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Logistics Property Company.

He is responsible for all legal aspects of Logistics Property Company’s industrial real estate development projects, including the acquisition, development, financing, construction, leasing and disposition of portfolio properties across North America.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Matt worked as an Assistant General Counsel at a publicly traded healthcare REIT and as an Associate at an international law firm.
