Julio serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Asset Management at Logistics Property Company where he is responsible for managing the in-house asset management team and partnering with the broader Logistics Property Company team and the company’s global institutional investors to maximize the value of the rapidly growing portfolio.

Prior to joining our team, he served as Head of Asset Management for an industrial real estate company, where he provided leadership and oversight of asset management operations for a 70+ million-square-foot portfolio. Julio also formerly served as Vice President, Asset & Fund Management at a real estate investment firm, managing leasing, disposition, and portfolio optimization for their U.S. industrial portfolio.
