As Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, Josh is responsible for leading the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes at Logistics Property Company. Josh has 10+ years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. Prior to joining the team, Josh served as East Coast Commercial Director at Lendlease. In that role he managed a $2.1B development portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties and provided financial and commercial support to the region. During his tenure at Lendlease he also served as West Coast Commercial Director and Central Region Senior Finance Manager.
