As Director of Property Accounting, Erica is responsible for monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports for Logistics Property Company. In her role, she also develops and maintains accounting policies and procedures and preparing and reviewing month-end financial reports. Erica has 15+ years’ experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the team, she served as property accounting manager for Brookfield Properties.

• Education: Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chicago State University.
