As Vice President, Development Management for the Northeast Region, Eric oversees development activities for the region, including site due diligence, entitlements, and design and construction management.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Eric served as Senior Development Director for Anchor Health Properties, where he was responsible for the development of new healthcare facilities across the United States, including new medical office, freestanding emergency departments, and urgent care facilities. Before Anchor, Eric served as Director of Construction for Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, where he planned and managed all design and construction activities at the firm, including office and industrial tenant improvements, redevelopment, and ground-up development projects.
