Dave serves as Senior Vice President, Project Management for the Mountain Region at Logistics Property Company. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development including land acquisition / due diligence, navigating entitlements, strategizing development, constructing projects, and working through dispositions.

Dave has worked on development projects in markets across the country including Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Miami, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Seattle, and Southern California.

• Education: Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Purdue University.
• Certifications and Professional Designations: Arizona Contractor’s License (B-1), Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License, Member of NAIOP’s Arizona Chapter, and serves on the Board of Directors of Real Estate Investor Advisory Council, Southwest (REIAC SW)
