As Development Associate at Logistics Property Company, Cole is responsible for financial underwriting, market analysis, and project management for development and leasing activities in the Northeast Region.

Prior to Logistics Property Company, Cole worked at Real Projectives where he advised on, oversaw, and managed projects across a spectrum of technical and managerial issues related to the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate from concept through design, construction, renovation, operations and maintenance.
