Allie serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition where she drives recruitment across Logistics Property Company’s eight regional offices. She is experienced in forming authentic DEI partnerships, strategic diversity outreach, and implementing equitable recruitment and compensation practices.

Allie brings 15 years of both domestic and international recruitment experience. Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Allie served as a strategic talent partner for Lendlease, leading recruitment efforts in the US. While there, she scaled teams across all areas of business, including development, construction, finance, and investment management.
