Kelan serves as Associate Market Leader at Logistics Property Company where he manages development and leasing in the South Region.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Kelan served as a Senior Associate at Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP), where he spent five years sourcing and managing the acquisition of industrial investments in Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Prior to BLP, he served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Dalfen Industrial.
