As Development Draw Accountant, Linda works on the preparation of construction draws and sworn statements, processing change orders and budget revision, processing invoices in Payscan (Yardi) as well as Procore, working with lenders to obtain reimbursement for services and obtaining and reviewing waivers of liens for accuracy. Linda has 20+ years’ experience in accounting, working in industries including commercial and residential real estate, construction, architecture, and civil engineering and development. Prior to joining the team, she served as a Senior Capital Accountant at Brookfield Properties.
