Demetra serves as Draw Accountant for Logistics Property Company. Her responsibilities include the preparation of construction draws and sworn statements, processing change orders and budget revisions, and obtaining and reviewing lien wavers for accuracy.

She also assists with Venture accounts payables and handles communication with escrow companies and vendors.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Demetra attained experience in residential real estate, manufacturing, general contractor, and commercial real estate and property management.
