Daniel serves as Asset Management Associate for Logistics Property Company.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Daniel worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Research Analyst before being promoted to Financial Analyst.

As a Research Analyst, Daniel oversaw the Downtown Chicago Office Market, consisting of over 140 million square feet, and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on stats and market trends. As a Financial Analyst, Daniel analyzed leases for deals that were valued at over $150 million and conducted portfolio efficiency studies for national and international clients.
