Since the company’s founding in 2018, more than $1,800,000 has been raised to help grant wishes to children with critical illnesses

Logistics Property Company, LLC, (LogiPropCo) a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, celebrated the company’s seventh anniversary on May 7, 2025, with a reception to benefit Make-A-Wish.

The event, held at Marshall’s Landing at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, was hosted by Jim Martell, Logistics Property Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and featured emcee Kaitlin Sharkey, sports reporter for WGN. More than 200 guests attended the celebration, which included a speech from the wish recipient, who shared her story of batting chronic illness as a teenager, and how her wish for a camper van positively impacted her life, allowing her to experience her love of the outdoors.

“Celebrating our anniversary with an annual fundraiser benefiting Make-A-Wish is a testament to our commitment to give back to our community.” Said Jim Martell, CEO of Logistics Property Company. “We are proud to have raised more than $1.8 million for the organization to date. Every dollar raised helps grant wishes for children and their families. We are grateful for the support of our employees, partners, and guests who joined us in this meaningful cause.”

Since the company’s founding in 2018, Logistics Property Company has celebrated each anniversary by bringing all employees together, along with national lenders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and partners, to raise money for Make-A-Wish. With their support, this year’s fundraiser brought in $365,000 for the organization. To date, LogiPropCo has raised more than $1.8 million to help provide life-changing wish experiences for children facing critical illnesses.

“Logistics Property Company and Make-A-Wish continue to turn dreams into reality for children facing critical illnesses. With seven years of partnership, we have been able to bring hope and joy we bring to these incredible kids and their families,” said Make-A-Wish Illinois CEO Stephanie Springs.
