Logistics Property Company, LLC, a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager in North America, announces the appointment of Dane Rasmussen as Executive Vice President, Head of Investor Relations.

Dane will be based in Boston and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, as well as driving business development and capital raising initiatives, in partnership with Logistics Property Company’s Chief Investment Officer, Brent Steele.

“We’re thrilled to have Dane join our team,” said Steele. “His experience in fund formation through cultivating strong investor relationships will be invaluable as we continue to grow our platform and establish new investment vehicles.”

Dane brings 20+ years of experience in real estate investment management to his role as Head of Investor Relations. He previously served as Managing Director for an American real estate investment firm, where he developed the investor relations team and led all aspects of the firm’s investor relations and fund formation activities. During his tenure, he helped raise more than $17B in commitments, capital, and co-investments. He also held previous roles in U.S. corporate banking.

Dane’s hiring is the latest of continued strategic expansions of the Logistics Property Company team, following the additions of Lindsay Kindlon, Executive Vice President, Head of Asset Management and Joel Wicks, Senior Vice President, Acquisitions – West Region earlier this year.

Dane holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton College.
