Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager, has executed two full building leases totaling 845,618 square feet at LPC’s Frederickson ONE Logistics Park, Building 4 (533,393 square feet) and Building 7 (312,225 square feet). Frederickson ONE, a Class A industrial park in Washington’s Frederickson Industrial Corridor, is now fully leased.

LPC’s Frederickson ONE Logistics Park, strategically located within 25 minutes of the Port of Tacoma and within 60 minutes of the Port of Seattle, is comprised of 3 million square feet across six buildings. In addition to these two new leases, park tenants include Ace Hardware, Holman Logistics, a Fortune 100 e-retailer, and a global furniture retailer.

We’re thrilled to announce that Frederickson ONE’s two newly constructed buildings, Building 4 and Building 7 are fully leased,” said Dennis Rice, Executive Vice President of LPC’s West Region. “We are proud of the success we have had at Frederickson One and are seeking additional sites to grow our footprint in the market.”

LPC’s Drew Zaborowski, Senior Vice President, Pacific Northwest Region, and Joe Sandhu, Senior Vice President, Project Management, were supported by Colliers’ Seattle-based Matt McGregor and Bill Condon in the brokerage of the two buildings located on 34th Avenue East.

“We appreciate the opportunity to represent LPC on these transactions,” said Bill Condon, Vice Chair at Colliers. LPC has had unparalleled success in the Frederickson market as they build best-in-class buildings and are a phenomenal team to work with that takes a collaborative approach to the industry that creates a win-win solution.”

Patrick Mullin and Scott Alan at Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant for the Building 4 and Building 7 leases.
