Based in Md., the two esteemed new additions double LPC’s existing presence in the region only six months after Mark Glagola and Tom Hilley hit the ground running.

Mr. Zulick is responsible for business development in the Northeast Region. He brings 30 years’ experience in industrial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region having previously held senior positions at CBRE, First Potomac Realty Trust and Trammell Crow Company. He is an active Board Member and former Chapter President of NAIOP DC | MD.

Mr. Moser oversees development activities for the Northeast Region. Prior to joining LPC, he spent four years at Anchor Health Properties, where he was responsible for the development of more than a quarter million square feet of new healthcare properties.
