Thomas serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Logistics Property Company and he is responsible for all asset-related items for the Midwest and West markets.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Thomas was Senior Vice President of Industrial Service at Avison Young. Here he created and implemented the strategic initiatives for 83 offices across North America.

Thomas also worked at Brennan Investments and CenterPoint Properties where he was responsible for the strategic oversite, leasing, property, and asset management of large industrial portfolios.
