Nestor serves as Draw Account for Logistics Property Company. He is responsible for preparing construction draws, sworn statements, process change orders, budget revisions, review lien waivers, and vendor communications.

Prior to joining Logistics Property Company, Nestor held an Audit Internship at Eder Casella, here he assisted with audits for local government and non-profit entities. He was also Harper College Supplemental Instructor, where he worked with introduction to financial accounting students.
